Quick distance to shopping, dining and entertainment. From this condo you are within steps of everything you could ever want at the beach! St. Andrews State Park, Shell Island, Frank Brown Park, Shipwreck Island water park, WonderWorks, Ripley’s Believe it or Not and Pier Park. PLEASE NOTE: Majestic Beach Resort has 24 hour on site security. 25-year-old renter minimum. Renter must occupy unit. Age verification/ID required. Smoke free and Vape free unit. No pets. Fire code does not allow grilling on balcony but a separate “on site” grilling area is available. Renters are responsible for soap and paper products during their stay. Initial supplies provided.
House Rules
IMPORTANT AGREEMENT! 1. Check in time is 4 p.m. Central Time and check out time is 10 a.m. Central Time. Prior to your arrival, you will be provided with a unique access code that will remain active only for the duration of your stay. 2. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Evidence of smoking will cause additional charges to apply. 3. PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED in rental units under any conditions. Evidence of pets will cause additional charges to apply. 4. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 5. Additional charges may apply unless • No damage is done to the unit or its contents beyond normal wear and tear. • No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or services rendered during the stay. • All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in the trash chute and/or dumpster and dirty dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. • No linens, bed covers or towels are missing or damaged. • One load of towels is placed in washing machine. • Departure takes place no later than 10 a.m. • All wristbands are returned to the kitchen counter. There is a charge of $25 per unreturned wristband. If any excess cleaning or maintenance is required due to condition upon departure there may be additional charges. Tampering with Sprinklers will cause flooding. Renter will be liable for all costs of repair to this unit and adjoining units and owner’s loss of rental if due to setting off sprinklers. Theft of any items will not be tolerated and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. LOST AND BROKEN ITEMS: We know that accidents happen, but it is important that everything is in good working order and in place for each guest upon their arrival. Please notify us IMMEDIATELY of any lost or broken items OR items that may be in need of repair, so that our Maintenance Team can be notified, and repairs and replacements made as they occur. We are much more understanding if we know about lost and broken items during your stay. FURNITURE AND DÉCOR: If there is evidence that furniture, furnishings and/or décor has been removed, altered or rearranged requiring additional labor or maintenance upon your departure additional charges may apply. EARLY DEPARTURE/HURRICANE/STORM POLICY: Early departure will only warrant a refund of rent or deposit if due to mandatory hurricane evacuation by the National Weather Service specifically for Panama City Beach or if evacuation of Tower 2 is required by law enforcement authorities, building management or local, State of Florida or National health authorities. Refunds of rent and taxes will be available on a pro-rata basis, less a maximum $100 administration fee. If a mandatory hurricane evacuation is announced, the renter must evacuate the property. Rental and use of unit is subject to local, State and National health and safety ordinances and restrictions. Occupancy: Having more occupants than listed in your booking confirmation is cause for eviction and loss of all prepaid charges and any security/damage deposit. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE: Daily maid service is not available; however, we do expect our guests to leave the unit in a clean and orderly manner. Food stains on appliances, furniture, carpets and linens requiring specialized cleaning services may incur additional charges. All trash, refrigerator and food pantry contents must be discarded by the renter prior to departure. If the property is left in a condition that requires more than four hours of labor there may be an additional charge. PLEASE RESPECT THE PROPERTY AND LEAVE IT IN THE CONDITION YOU FOUND IT! FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS: Photo I.D. is required and must match a paying adult occupant that is 25 years old or older. Any reservation obtained under false pretenses may cause forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rent and will be grounds for denial of entry or eviction. EVICTION POLICY: Owners reserve the right to have renters evicted and/or removed from the unit due to disturbing the peace, non-compliance with check-in/check-out times, violations of fire code, violations of this agreement and house rules as posted on booking site and/or other disruptions and abuses as determined by owners, law enforcement officers and local, State and Federal safety and health ordinances, without rebate or refund of deposits and rent. Renters must comply with all local, State and Federal health and safety ordinances at all times. PARKING: Security will be happy to answer any questions regarding parking. Parking in spaces marked as reserved, private or employee only may result in ticketing and towing of your vehicle at the renter’s expense. Reserved/Private parking places are private property and may not be used under any circumstances. USE OF AMENITIES: Wristbands must always be in your possession while using resort amenities. Pools close at 10 pm. Access to the pools, hot tubs, etc. is subject to local, State and Federal health and safety ordinances.
Other Details to Note
Parking is available through the Majestic Beach condo association. Majestic Beach utilizes a third party to handle digital parking passes that utilizes a guest’s license plate information for entry to the parking garage. They charge $41.50 per vehicle for the length of your stay. Parking is not mandatory. There is also public parking available nearby.
